  1. When I supply registration information I still get unregistered copy message. What's going on?
    There could be couple reasons for this:
    1) Both user name and serial numer (registration number) are case sensitive. So Alice is not the same as ALICE.
    2) It's easy to mistake "0" zero digit with "O" letter.
    3) Please make sure serial number is entered exactly as it was provided in e-mail confirming registration.

  2. I have registered a game. Do I have to register again for a newer version?
    There is no need to register again. Updates, upgrades, new versions or extensions are available to you free of charge for at least one year from date of registration.
    So grab a new version and just install it!

  3. I have registered a game. How do I install a new version?
    There are two ways for upgrading to new version of a program:
    • Uninstall old version of a game and then install new version. Registration files will be left intact.
    • Install new version on the top of the existing one. Registration files will not be overwritten.
    So next time when you start the game it will run in registered mode. It's that easy!

  1. Which languages are supported by Sunny Pakman?
    Sunny Pakman currently supports english, german and polish. If you feel you could translate it into other language as well then let us know - we are open to cooperation and suggestions.

  2. How to run Sunny Pakman in window mode?
    Modify sunpak.ini file.
    Modify line that starts with "DRIVER = " from GFX_AUTODETECT to GFX_DIRECTX_WIN

  3. Sunny Pakman has as of now about 130 levels. Any chance to create my own levels?
    Of course! Since version 1.1 Sunny Pakman has an ability to create and test/play custom maps.

  4. How do I use my joystick/gamepad with the game?
    Sunny Pakman supports joystick/gamepad controllers through standard Windows interface.
    To use it in the game please perform following steps:
    1) Please make sure your joystick is correctly plugged into the computer
    2) Within Windows choose: Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Game Controllers
    You might want to configure your joystick/gamepad (e.g. calibrate it)
    3) After you have correctly configured your joystick using Game Controllers applet you can run Sunny Pakman.
    Within Sunny Pakman choose: Options -> Set Controls
    Your joystick should be available on controller slider along with keyboard and probably mouse (use left/right arrow keys to switch between options).

  5. I have problems running game in fullscreen mode. What could I do about it?
    This effect happens sometimes on some systems. What you usually get is black screen. You can still switch to another task using Alt-Tab. You probably want to kill the game task using Task Manager (you can get to Task Manager after pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete).
    You can try to run game in window. To make so please run game with -window command line parameter.

  1. When I run Malarz Coloring Book I got blank screen. What should I do to fix the problem?
    On some systems esp. with Windows 2000/XP there is a chance that you'll get a blank screen after game is run. To fix it edit contents of malarz.ini file and change line which starts with "DRIVER =" from GFX_AUTODETECT to GFX_DIRECTX_WIN.

  2. Which languages are supported by Malarz Coloring Book?

  3. How do I switch to other language?
    There is a number of ways to do this. For example:
    • You could edit contents of malarz.ini file. This file can be found in program's installation directory - usually "C:\Program Files\Arcadex\Malarz".
      Since malarz.ini is an ordinary text file you could use virtually any text editor to edit it's contents.
      Probably the best choice would be Windows notepad.exe.
      Locate line which starts with "LANGUAGE = ".
      Change line to "LANGUAGE = ENGLISH" or "LANGUAGE = POLISH" whichever you prefer.
    • You could use pre-prepared .ini files. Take them from Arcadex Download page
      Files are named like malarz_ini_en.zip
      Choose the one that you need and unzip it's contents to Malarz's installation directory - usually "C:\Program Files\Arcadex\Malarz".


  4. I have created images that I think fit Malarz Coloring Book. How do I create my own theme sets?
    Currently there is no way to create standalone theme packs. However if you will send your pictures to Arcadex then we will create a theme pack for you!
